Girl Behind the Blog- My Passions
Here is my latest blog which I am linking up here. I haven't vlogged in awhile, but wanted to do this one because I love passions! Also there is some photo bombing by Jude.
I know you already know this, but I can't keep from saying this again. I love, love, LOVE your heart and passions. Your students and their families are so lucky to have a teacher who truly loves them and has a passion for serving and teaching them. Seriously, we need more teachers like you! And I need you to live closer to me so I can come visit your classroom! :)
I'd also like to say that I love your passion for women finding their identity and worth in Christ. Hearing you talk about that passion was a wonderful reminder for me tonight!
As someone who shares your passion for working with kids who come from low-income backgrounds (just in a different capacity), I loved hearing you talk about it! And yes, it is EXHAUSTING (when you get tired, switch to social work - it's os much less tiring....).
I also definitely needed to hear your bit about women finding their identity in Christ. It's so hard sometimes to do that, and I have to be reminded of it CONSTANTLY.
Ohhh I love this! So good to get to hear your heart behind why you teach. Those kids are so lucky to have you as a part of their lives. (you made me wanna go and be a teacher for a second LOL!) You have such a deep heart and you already are such a blessing to those around you that is going to continue to grow and bless more and more people....and Jude, how cute are you!?!
I love so many things about this vlog! Mostly, I love how you bravely expose your heart and your passion with "the world". Each word is communicated with love and compassion and completely free of any hint of judgment.
And seeing Jude in the background and how you interact with him is precious!
Thank you for your willingness to share your heart with "the world". Each word you speak is filled with compassion and free of judgment - how refreshing!!
And Jude's interjections into the vlog and your sweet responses to him are precious!!
Thanks so much for the comment Diana :) He is definitely a joy. I am glad you see compassion in me because that is one of the things I pray Christ fills me with!
