Easter Fun
Jude thinks its great fun to climb in to a chair with someone and sit directly behind them. Then he pulls the person back towards him, like a backwards hug. That's kind of what is going on here. Except he is being a crazy child.
Easter dinner
My parents and my friend Kimberly were at my house for Easter dinner. And I happen to love taking pictures of table settings.
Easter Morning
Jude- Easter morning. This was his first real Easter basket. He got a Spot the Dog book, some bath toys, some Navy baseball clothes, and a scoop n sniff pull dog.

anecdotes
Two sweet stories:
1) Nowadays Jude is basically a big boy. I barely rock him before he is pointing and requesting to be put in his bed. I lay him down while he is wide awake. He watches me over him up. I tell him I love him and will see him in the morning. And he says 'bye' while I walk out the door. I know it's not I love you, but he doesn't know how to say that. He knows how to say bye. I think in his own way, he's saying the same thing....
2) My backyard has like 4 rose bushes, which are currently bursting in to life. I have snipped some to put on my (ridic messy) kitchen table. I tried to teach Jude how to sniff them, but he just blew. Too cute!

Dear Anonymous Commenter
Hey “anonymous” commenter. You guys seem to be pretty paranoid (actually very paranoid) about this dangerous drug caffeine. Of course in high amounts it can harm a toddler, but who would give a toddler large amounts of caffeine on purpose? Jude has a very healthy diet and I watch it closely. Fun fact: caffeine occurs naturally in a lot of stuff you eat daily. Better go clear out your cabinets or the caffeine will get ya! Seriously guys, I appreciate the “groundbreaking” research you Googled, but it’s really not necessary. There are way more dangerous things in this big scary world to worry about. Like smoking, or not having a job.
Oh and straws? Really? Straws?
